Janie Boyd, GRI, Broker Associate, Realtor®

Native of Newport News, VA, Janie is one of nine children of a military family. Janie moved to Jacksonville in 1977. After a career in retailing, Janie has been practicing real estate since 1990 and has been salesperson of the year every year since 1999. She and her husband, a real estate developer, have three children. Janie is also an ardent gardener and tennis player. She attends St. Marks Episcopal Church.

Vicki Flannery, Realtor®

Being Realtor of the Year in 2006 with Norville Realty didn't come as a fluke, Vicki Flannery has been a people person all of her life. With fourteen years invested in Jacksonville real estate her varied experiences add to her ability to serve her client's needs.  Vicki has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 2003.
Vicki is the mother of three. The entire family love boating and the water. Vicki's oldest son John is a registered architect and employed in a prestigious Jacksonville architectural firm. Son Chris is in college in Gainesville and daughter Katlyn is in the magnet schools here in Jacksonville.
Vicki's interests outside of her career are centered around family and travel. Whether it is the mountains of western North Carolina, the islands of the Bahamas or the South Pacific, new places and experiences are what truly excite her interest.

Maria Kieffer, Realtor®

Born in La Paz, Bolivia, Maria's family is from Austria and Spain.  She speaks English, Spanish and German. She moved to Jacksonville in 1969 and graduated from  Forrest High School, the University of Tampa and Jacksonville University.
Maria became a Realtor in 2002 and enjoys helping buyers and sellers find their real estate solution.  She previously worked as a medical missionary for over 12 years and traveled extensively.  Maria has two sons, Brian and Jason, both living in Jacksonville.

Elizabeth O'Steen, Realtor®

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. She further attended the University of Alabama and the University of North Florida to graduate in Elementary Education.
Married for 16 years to Richard O'Steen, they have three sons- Hunter, Chase and Luke.  The O'Steens are members of the Ortega United Methodist Church and Elizabeth is a graduate of the Bible Study Fellowship. She also serves on the board of Young Life.


Susan Donnell, GRI, Realtor®, Master Gardener

Born in Augusta, GA, Susan graduated from Georgia Southern University, and
has lived in the Ortega area of Jacksonville with her husband Mike, a Landscape Architect, for 27 years. They have two wonderful daughters (and two great sons-in law!), and were recently blessed with a precious granddaughter. They are members of Ortega United Methodist Church, and enjoy tennis, spending their spare time in the yard gardening, or on the river fishing.


Toy Scott, GRI, Realtor®

A native of Virginia's Eastern Shore, Toy graduated from Old Dominion University. A Realtor® for over 15 years, she follows a family tradition and is a member of the Achievers' Club since 1998. She is a member of the Cummer Museum and the Jacksonville Museum of Modern Arts. She attends the First Presbyterian Church.
 Linda Shepherd, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Realtor®

A native of Jacksonville, Linda  attended Wesleyan College in Macon, GA.  She lives in historic Riverside while other family members are located nearby in Avondale and Ortega Forest.  With a real estate career spanning 18 years, Linda earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist and joined Norville Realty in 2002.  She is an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

David Taylor, Realtor®

David was born and raised in Jacksonville.  He is the son of Mr & Mrs Glover Taylor.  David graduated from Lee High School and attended Valdosta State College.  He and his wife Glenda have been marrried for 16 years and have two sons, Walker and Daniel.  The Taylors are members of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.  David has been active in the Boy Scouts of America for many years.  Real estate has always been a part of David's life, his father and grandfather owned and operated J. Glover Taylor Real Estate, Inc. in Jacksonville for 80 years.  David has had his Real Estate Salesman  license since 1982.


Winfield Rogers Duss, Realtor®

Winfield is a native of Jacksonville, having spent her whole life watching the city grow and change.  She graduated from Hollins and has a Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Florida.  She has been married 30+ years to attorney Robert Duss and they have three children (two through Notre Dame - go Irish! -  and one through Princeton).  Winfield is actively involved with the St. Johns River and Tree Hill Nature Center.  Her hobbies include tennis, water skiing and helping YOU find your dream home!

Linda Strickland, Realtor®

A native of Florida, Linda has been an active Realtor® for over 20 years.  She is also an investor specializing in the remodeling of older homes.  Linda resides in San Marco with her husband, a commercial space planner.  Linda is an active member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, PAP, San Marco Preservation Society, and a board member at St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Condominiums.

Jamie Goodroe, Realtor®

Third generation Jacksonville resident.
Graduate of Paxon School for Advanced Studies, member of the Varsity Co-Ed 2002 National Championship Cheerleading team
Graduated from FCCJ, member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Received Real Estate License in 2007, currently Business Management student at UNF
Member of Promise Land Baptist Church, went on missions trip to Costa Rica. Interests include spending time with family and friends boating and wakeboarding.

Laura McLaughlin,  Realtor®

A Realtor® for the past 10 years, Laura lives in the historic district of Jacksonville and has specialized in the listing and selling of properties close to downtown.  A native of Charleston, WV, Laura holds a BA degree from Mary Baldwin College, Staunton, VA. She moved to Jacksonville in 1981 and has witnessed Jacksonville as it has matured into a wonderful place to live. She has been an active volunteer in the community and has served on the Boards of Sister Cities, Uptown Civitan and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Through personal experience, Laura has learned that investing in the Jacksonville real estate market can prove rewarding.


 Barbara Morgan, GRI Realtor®

Canadian born, Barbara grew up in the Beach area and has been a Jacksonville resident since the early 50's. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 1985 and has produced millions of dollars in sales since. She has three children and five grandchildren. She loves the game of golf, the outdoors and the people in her church, St. Mark's Episcopal and Norville Realty Inc.


Leasil Gay, Realtor®

After many years in the mortgage and title industries, Leasil decided it was time to put her experience to work helping buyers and sellers.  She has been a Realtor® since 2005 and has thoroughly enjoyed helping first-time home buyers and sellers as well as those more experienced in the industry. Her knowledge of the real estate industry is second only to her familiarity with the Jacksonville area as a native with extensive family ties spread from the Westside and Orange Park to Ponte Vedra Beach. When she is not volunteering at area schools, you can find her relaxing at the beach or enjoying a ballgame.
Bonnie Patterson, Realtor®

After teaching in the Jacksonville area and abroad, Bonnie decided to make a career change to real estate. A native of Jacksonville, Bonnie has lived in San Diego, Okinawa and Germany. She has a B.A. in history from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and Master's Degrees from Jacksonville University and Florida State University. Bonnie attends St. Mark's Episcopal Church. She serves on the Design Review Committee of Riverside Avondale Preservation and on several committes for the Uptown Civitan Club. Bonnie has been a Broker Associate since 1989.

Reese Dusenbury, Realtor®, e-PRO

A native of Jacksonville, Reese has recently retired after more than thirty years as a musician with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.
 He received his musical education at the Cincinnati Conservatory and graduated from Jacksonville University. He is an avid sailor and loves fishing off the Georgia Coast.
His wife, Susan is a board member and treasurer of Cerebral Palsy of Northeast Florida. She teaches vision disabled children at Fishweir Elementary School.


Robin Snipes, Realtor®

A native of Atlanta, Robin is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1991 and was named "Realtor Of The year" for the Jacksonville Association of Realtors. He is active with the local Preservation Society, as well as schools and the Board of Realtors.

Joan Nesbitt Eller,  Realtor®

 A native of Jacksonville, Joan is the daughter of Mr & Mrs Harrison Wadsworth Nesbitt. She graduated from Lee High School and North Florida Junior College.
Joan and her husband have two sons, John Harrison Jr. and Phillip Stockton.
Joan has been a condominium manager for 29 years and has been in the real estate field for 15 years. She is a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church but was raised and attended St. Matthews Catholic Church.
Susan Tuohy, Realtor®

Susan, daughter of Rear Admiral and Mrs. Byron Fuller, was raised in Jacksonville, Florida.  She attended Robert E Lee High School, Florida State University and graduated from the University of Florida.   After living all over the nation while her husband, Captain Matthew Tuohy pursued his career as a Naval Officer, she happily returned to Jacksonville in 2001. Susan enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.   Married in 1984, the Tuohy's have two daughters.
