1. How is your firm different from any other real estate office in Jacksonville?
Our number one objective is to maintain our reputation for high standards. What this means for us is that the Client comes first. While we are certainly in business for profit, we cannot exist without satisfied clients coming back to us and referring their family, friends and acquaintances. We are a smaller firm by design, with a staff of experienced and knowledgeable sales consultants.
Our broker gets involved with every sales transaction to assure a successful closing for both buyers and sellers.
In essence, we remain focused to make sure our customers' expectations are always met and hopefully exceeded.

2. What kind of service do you offer for people transferred by their company?
In a transfer situation, time is of the essence. In addition, there must be a coordination point between the house to be sold and the purchase of a new home. That's where we can help you.
First, while your employer may eventually purchase your house through their relocation plan benefits, it is always to your advantage that the house be sold prior to your move. We are equipped to handle the sale of your property through our relocation department.
In addition, we can also act as a liaison for the purchase of your new home. We can help you find a real estate firm in the city you're moving to, communicate with them and ensure that they will provide you with all information you need. Finally, we help coordinate closings to facilitate your task.

3. I want to sell my home. What should I look for in a real estate salesperson?
Value! Period.
How value is determined is the key to choosing the right professional. Our product to you, the seller, is a service. That service is made up of many elements contained in a marketing strategy.
Briefly, an innovative marketing plan which consists of promoting your property effectively to many segments of the marketplace, assistance with establishing market value, proper merchandizing, handling of contractual agreements, details and negotiations, and finally providing you with a warranty of services, are all elements necessary to justify value.
If all you are being offered is a for sale sign, MLS and little advertising, you may be paying too much for the services offered.

4. How often will you show my home if I list it with you?
We hope only once! While this may surprise you, it is not the number of times that a property is shown that counts. Rather, it is how many times it is shown to the right prospects.
Whenever a buyer prospect contacts our office, our associates will first establish if they are serious, what their needs and preferences are, and finally establish how much they can afford or are prepared to commit financially. Only when we have established that the prospect is serious and desires a home like yours do we take them to see your house.
If we would take person after person to your home, week after week, and not find the right buyer, we would not be doing you a favor. Only the right prospects will buy your home.

5. I want to buy a house. However, how can I know that the properties I see are worth what the sellers are asking for?
Market value is established by both buyers and sellers in a specific area. It is neither Realtors® nor Appraisers who decide on value. All we do is gather the data for you.
This data helps you determine the value at which buyers and sellers are ready to buy or sell real estate at a certain time within a certain district or area. This information is a service we provide to both buyers and sellers.
